Sixty40 is one of Australia’s
leading motion design and animation companies known for
its unique creative strategy and multidisciplinary approach
to production.
Directors Matt Taylor and Mark Simpson use a rich vocabulary
and cultural savvy earning them a steady stream of motion
graphics work, animation work and enabling them to develop
their own properties like the Eduganda Panda Show on Channel
9’s The Music Jungle.
Clever storytelling and aesthetic craftiness, the trademarks
of Sixty40 are deployed to deliver the creative with passion
and humour. Working in all mediums, including live action,
traditional 2D, 3D animation, puppetry and of course motion
graphics, Sixty40’s work spans logos, station identities,
titles and packaging, TVC’s and animated series for MTV,
ABC Kids, Nickelodeon, Comedy Channel, and Sony BMG. They
also extend their work into self driven projects such as
the animation street installation, In Situ; short films
such as “Sock Puppet Video Confessional”; and are currently
in production of a deeply twisted animated pilot for the
spinoff of “The Eduganda Panda Show”, “The Eduganda Panda
Show Show”.
