Eddie Zammit is the proud owner of over 2,200 tees, and has been researching the origins of T-shirt labels and artwork since he was a teenager. An avid traveller, Eddie is recognised worldwide as an expert T-shirt connoisseur. The logical fusion of Eddie’s talents is T-world, the only T-shirt journal in existence. It is now distributed in over 30 countries including Japan, the UK, USA and Canada. Eddie’s role encompasses everything from Managing Editor to researcher, but his strength and his passion remains in the Art Direction of the publication (and getting free T-shirts). T-world’s seventh edition, based on New York City, is being released in September. Outside of T-world, Zammit is also the co-owner of Collective Edition, a Melbourne-based T-shirt label promoting emerging and leading artists and designers. Toby Dixon is a photographer who primarily shoots environmental portraiture and conceptual still-life as personal projects as well as major advertising campaigns. In his first year of shooting professionally, his landscape series ‘Concrete’ won both the Judges’ and People’s Choice Awards in the 2006 Projections Competition, and in the commercial sphere, he has shot acclaimed campaigns for Cadbury, Toyota Prius, Sage, Canon, Kodak, LG, Smirnoff, UBank, Hahn, Vodafone and Sunbeam among others. His images have also appeared numerous times in Archive, Capture, Australian Creative, Indesign, Inside, Artichoke, D-Photo and Venue magazines. Wherever Toby’s work appears, it is driven by a desire to capture warmth hidden beneath a rough exterior, and a hunger to prove that first appearances are often misleading.
