Ben Frost is a painter, who currently lives and works in Sydney, Australia.
His work explores themes of alienation, dispossession, and perversity that exists behind the facade of contemporary western society. By subverting mainstream iconography from the advertising, entertainment and political spectrum he creates a visual and conceptual framework that is bold, confronting and often contraversial.

His work has been exhibited in the Sydney MCA, Brisbane IMA, galleries throughout Australia as well as San Francisco, Tokyo, Canada and Europe. His work is in the collections of Kerry Stokes, Art Bank, and numerous local and international locations.

Commissioned artwork include clients such as Mambo, Black + White Magazine, Shock Records, Half A Cow Records, Livid Music Festival, Blue Magazine, Virgin/EMI, Men's Style Magazine, Qld Poetry Festival, WhyBin, & the Melbourne and Sydney Fashion Festivals.
