Big Ego Books specialises in rare and mostly out-of-print art, photography, architecture and occult titles.
Founded by two artists, best friends and art book obsessed women, Emily Hunt and Raquel Caballero, Big Ego Books launched in 2015 at the Volume Art Book Fair held at Artspace. It continued as an online bookselling business (trading via our webshop and instagram) before we opened an outpost at Alaska Projects Gallery, Kings Cross in 2016. Post-covid we have resumed trading via instagram only, sourcing books from Berlin (Emily Hunt) and Sydney (Raquel Caballero).
