SouthSouthWest’s resident frequent flyer, Andy spends his time between the US and Australia driving brand and experience projects and leading the design team. His approach is thoughtful and considered, driving the creative process with a restless energy and an acute focus on purpose and detail.
His passion for sport and performance has been instrumental in shaping the direction of SouthSouthWest, having built a solid ongoing relationship with Nike over many years, which catalysed the pivot towards global innovation brands early in the studio’s development. As an avid marathon runner with deep category knowledge and as a lead partner in the SouthSouthWest ventures arm, Andy founded Tempo Journal in 2017; an online publishing platform which gives a voice to global contemporary running culture. From ventures to global brand consulting, the universal theme that defines Andy’s career is a passion for bringing culturally relevant brands to life.
